

I have discovered that we have to disprove everything to prove anything and this is NOT just with NF all techs are trained to blame the weakest part of the system which unfortunately for is us. The majority of girls on that forum dont want to work for it that I have discovered is just human nature. I did have some issues with the server I was on with NF so it was all MY fault but with a little bit of hard work and persistence these matters are fixable. This whole system is very complicated and we have a lot of parts that have to work together in an appropriate manner to get it to work. Right now I use a vonage with a high speed internet which I had to fight to get all the issues with the internet fixed but it works GREAT! I rarely have a missed call and I honestly can not remember the last time I didnt have one complete.

(Its at my other house so I dont use it that often). My noise ratios on my line were too high and it was confusing the IVR I STILL have issues on that landline when I use it. Then I switched to an att landline I had issues with it too. Originally I was using a cell and was dropping calls left and right and they were never making it through the ivr. I had issues a few years ago but after working hard with NF I have very few issues and they are extremely sporadic in nature.

Jane hun what type of phone are you using? Cell, landline, voip? The forum is full of that, yes that is true but I know for a fact there are a lot of girls that have had issues for TWO years and refuse to try and fix them they just fuss about them. I use something like Vonage with a business connection. I dont usually have many issues on there, that last few days were the only issues I had in a very long time. I just had a call with zero issues thankfully. NF emailed back and said their tech were working on it.

Now last week we had MASSIVE solar storms so if both parties were using cell phones that probably caused a ton of issues.

I sent CS a message and tonight a long call happened with no issues. The forum is full of people experiencing glitches on there. Every single call said customer missed call for the last week and a half.
